What is MyLanGo?

MyLanGo is an online learning platform where you can discover courses, create a learner account, and study skills across subjects offered by partner institutions and instructors. Some learning activities may open in our integrated learning environment (for example, Open edX), which hosts lessons, assessments, and progress.

How do I register for an account?

Choose Sign up or Register from the site header to open the registration flow on our learning system. You will need a valid email address and must meet the minimum age shown in our Terms of use. After you confirm your details, you can sign in to enrol in courses and track progress.

I cannot log in. What should I check?

  • Confirm you are using the correct email or username and password.
  • Reset your password from the login page if your provider supports it.
  • Try another browser or disable extensions that block cookies or third-party scripts.
  • Ensure cookies are allowed for this site and for the learning domain (https://mylango.app), since sign-in relies on secure session cookies.

How do I find and enrol in a course?

Browse the course catalogue or use search. Open a course you are interested in and follow the enrolment or purchase steps shown on the page. Some courses are free; others may require payment or an invitation from an organisation.

Where do I actually take the lessons?

After you enrol, you may be taken to our learning platform to watch videos, complete readings, quizzes, and assignments. Your dashboard there lists active courses and deadlines. If a link does not open, check that pop-ups are not blocked and that you are signed in with the same account you used to enrol.

Will I receive a certificate?

Certificates depend on the course and the institution offering it. If a course offers a certificate, completion rules (such as minimum scores or identity checks) are explained inside the course. MyLanGo does not guarantee a certificate for every offering.

How is my personal data used?

We process personal data to run the service, support you, and improve the platform, as described in our Privacy policy. We use cookies as explained in our Cookies policy.

Can I use MyLanGo on a phone or tablet?

The marketing site and many learning experiences work on modern mobile browsers. For the best experience with media-rich courses, use an up-to-date browser and a stable internet connection. Some activities may recommend a larger screen or desktop software.

Who do I contact for billing or refunds?

For purchases made through MyLanGo or linked checkout, use the receipt or support contact shown in your confirmation email. Institutional learners should contact their organisation's administrator. We will honour applicable consumer and contract rules for the jurisdiction that applies to your purchase.

How do I report a bug, abuse, or copyright concern?

For technical issues, describe what happened and include your browser and device. For abuse, harassment, or suspected copyright infringement, email legal@mylango.app with relevant links or screenshots. We review reports and may suspend content or accounts that violate our Terms of use.
